Letter Dated 13/01/2021

Last week we received this beautiful letter from a family who will sadly be leaving us. We love that we were able to share these memories with you and your family and wish you all the best for the future!

Dear Bright Beginnings,

The time has come for our family to say goodbye to our beloved BB’s.

BB has held a special place in our hearts since 2014 when our eldest started in Pre-Kindy (until he went to prep in 2016), and then our twins started in Nursery in 2017.

So, when we say goodbye, it’s not only because our twins are finishing up to go to prep but it’s the end of a seven-year chapter for our family noisily coming through those doors.

I would like to say a BIG thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at BB’s. Thank you so so much to Janine, Robyn and Belinda. Thank you to all the amazing educators in all the Rooms. We have appreciated and valued every single one of you for your kindness, care, commitment, playfulness, creativity and patience, to our kids and to us. Not only have you supported the kids, but I felt supported as a parent. The journey has always felt lighter knowing I had BB’s at my side.

Every day, when I dropped the children off, I knew that they were getting the best of care, were being offered such amazing thoughtfully planned activities and creating beautiful connections with educators and other children. There is no other place like BB’s. You are one of a kind, always going above and beyond, always there with a hug, a kind word, a laugh and willing to help with whatever was needed.
Our family has been through some tough times especially in 2020, and your support to us was so incredibly kind. We deeply appreciated how you helped us hold it all together by providing a constantly loving and understanding away space for the twins. And although our eldest is now nine, he still has deeply fond memories of his time at BB’s and feels welcome any time he comes to the centre. That’s a very special thing.

I will miss coming to BB’s immensely. Not only must our twins close this chapter and move forward to Big School… so do I. And today it has hit me! Lol. So, if you see my crying tomorrow, you’ll understand why.

Thank you, Bright Beginnings, for being the best Child Care Centre ever! Thank you for all you’ve done for our family. I want to wish the Centre all the very best for it’s amazing promising future too. May you always build on your strengths and grow brighter and better.
